Simple question. Has anyone that was part of the RA found a job on the internal GOM site? Has anyone even been granted an interview?

Once RA'd you are in essence black balled. Have seen one person, RA'd last year, transfer to another area. I suspect cronyism, dad is executive. Now dad is moving to same area/manager. No further confirmation needed.
If RA'd and classified as "retiring", can search for another job within IBM. But wait. any transfer would still have to be approved. Approval unlikely.
You wont get hired. They tell you you can move, it wont happen. Trust me. Once on the RA list there is no hope. Start looking elsewhere.
Forget about GOM.. I've seen this now.. way too many times. All jobs on GOM are frozen if you are on the "RA list", you wont get replies, or you will not be selected, etc.. total waste of time. Its all smoke and mirrors.. back in 2015.. my manager was in process to move someone to our team, then he was RA'd. Tried escalating to 3rd line mgmt. Response was.. "takes an act of god" once identified on RA list.. to hire internally.
Of course not.
