Todd Mathews is a joke, he transferred from Boise, thank you Boise for sending us your failure of a Director. He is clueless about leadership, education and how to motivate people. Just a sad day for the great people at BMC Tucson.

I work at Tucson and agree with this post. What are we to do as we are at his mercy. Any suggestions?

OMG----we(admissions) were just talking about this douche bag. He is not a leader and he is a terrible motivator. He hides in his office and stays late into the night doing what......nothing!!!
I work at BMC Boise and you are right, this guy is a joke. He needs to do everyone a favor and leave, no one trusts him and he is a total idiot. I am truly glad that he is gone from Boise.
I'm betting he doesn't hold a candle to the idiots running AIDallas.
