Guys, stop these racist comments. You just make americans look bad. loosing your job had nothing to do with Indians or H1B visa. If you are trying to blame someone for your misery blame BK and his team. Some HR sat behind the scenes at the last focal and tagged you AND me for layoff. Just stop it. Its making me sick to my stomach. I am not Indian but this is too much.

Ok, granted there are individual abuses... and there always will be. But why focus on the unfortunate 3 person firing because of racism when there are likely ~3,000 PLANNED firings by BK based on hitting race/gender targets which have been institutionalized in Intel!!!? With flat headcount how do they get to their 2020 race and gender quotas? They fire the people who don't have the right skin color.
I am in a small OR Intel group where 3 white, male engineers recently terminated by Indian manager had ODI filed. All eventually left Intel with probably some settled package.
If anyone is being targeted for firing it is males who are not African American, Hispanic or Native American. So white, asian or Indian males are all in front of the firing squad to make room for hiring to hit quotas. I've seen many posts about the hiring groups still in the lobby while layoffs are going on - and I've seen them there myself. It's not just for skillsets, it's for skin color - just the "right" color (the 3 groups mentioned above). Get over the racist infighting and realize that male non-minorities are on the firing line.

OP is right that BK and crew are to blame. But they are also partially to blame for the racial/gender animosity. By instituting internal quotas for hiring different races and genders and making a poor focal message harder to give to those same "desirable" races/genders, they flame the racism. No, they didn't create it, but they add to it. And by the way, when you have flat to down headcount and BK & Co. are trying to dramatically increase "desirable" races/genders, how do you get there. DO THE MATH.

i for one know from first hand experience that HR COMPLAINED to the managers in TMG that alot of indian middle managers were OVER dispersing high ratings/rewards to their indian staff......disgusting.
As for the racist comments, it's just one guy who keeps making them. He probably makes 80% of the posts on the forum. Just ignore him. He won't go away because he clearly doesn't have anything else to do but when you see that he's posting stupid stuff just skip over it. He's an idiot.
Please just look at the ethnic makeup of Intel and you will see that there is no disputing the ethnic favoritism that occurs. Unfortunately, no current diversity measures will reveal this ethnic bias in hiring.

actually...not being racist at all....those indians pull one another in, give each other O and EE ratings to the point where management COMPLAINS to managers to tune down their focals because there ain't enough budget to cater for the indian-looking after-indian cow shit.....sorry that is holly shit to them :) no pun there.
all in all, they are parasites......go back to your country, develop it all you want and then drive down salaries all you wish
