Is there a reason you must talk like Schmiegel?

Read the affidavit.

Me thinks Tom Ward was given the option to "be a witness or be a defendant". Me thinks that's why AKM realized he was fuked. Me thinks the Feds are good at what they do and as such got their ducks in a row before indictment.

Me also thinks that snitches get stitches but the white collar world views it in different light.

What does Mr. CHK think?

Naïvely loyal fools don't know to what false idols you labor, seeking wages falling over the precipice.

"That is why I am CHK" lol

I wonder when Tom Ward is getting charged?

Seriously? Of course it's because of his death. The indictment was brought by a grand jury, which means that the evidence had already been presented in essentially a mock trial, the jury was given the ability to deliberate and, based on those deliberations, they felt he should be charged and tried in a federal court. Handing down an indictment is not like throwing darts at the wall. If you get to that point, there are no mistakes being made.
