they've been telling us we have a BIG customer on the books for 14nm at ICF....everyone was saying it was CISCO....now that the fog has cleared who the hell does ICF have as a customer??

I've watched with amusement as Intel built that huge fab down in Ocotillo...then decided not to staff it since we no longer need the capacity...so they open a foundry division...that is yet to attract a major client.
