Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

Before jumping on Doug, realize that CFO Dell'Osso was around since 2010 when a lot of the alleged activities went on.

So it's more likely that Dell'Osso was divulging evidence to cover his own butt. Doug wasn't around back then. Dell'Osso probably has records of those transactions, side agreements, etc. Perhaps Doug pressured Dell'Osso but more likely is that the DOJ knew they had more on Dell'Osso than they did on Lawler. That's where the pressure point would be in my opinion.

Why am I under his desk again? I just made a boatload from CHK put options the past year. Don't work at the company.

Actually CFO's are involved in many land transactions. Sorry you weren't invited to those meetings.

Great thinking genius. Last time I checked the cfo has zero (or less) involvement in land acquisition activities. The cfo would have been involved in all the SEC investigation stuff but that was all dismissed and closed with nothing happening. You might have missed it when you were under aubreys desk. Aubrey can only blame himself.
