Pampa may be starting to get its act together, probably not but this a start. The laziest person in the plant was finally laid off, a male forklift driver with the initials of J.P. When your to lazy to drive a forklift, you are one lazy jerk. It always made me mad I was laid off & he kept his job. To bad for him but he deserved it years ago!

OUR CORPORATE LAWYERS WROTE THOSE POLICIES BUT IF YOU THINK THEY ABIDE BY THEM THEN THINK AGAIN! HA! When I worked there him & 3 other people would sit in the office for 6 hours on Saturdays drawing time & a half and not do one bit of work. 2 of those people still work there, 1 of them is very, very Christian. I guess it says In the bible, thou shalt not steal, unless it's from N.O.V. That particular person is shriveling up before everyone's eyes. No names!

It is ashamed he lost his job, it was his own fault he did absolutely nothing. Good people who worked hard were laid off & he kept his job. He was worthless the whole time he worked here! So he kept his job far longer than he should have, feel bad for the good employees that lost their job, not his worthless ass.

We have always heard that the Pampa was one of the worst Facilities that NOV had and this just proves it to us. I sincerely hope that everyone that posted the comments get laid off.

He would drive by parts for days & never move them. He was supposed to debur parts to, at one point that department was hundreds of hours behind. They had people come over from other depts. to do his job that he had already been paid to do. What a worthless s.ob.
