Since he got promoted to COO all he does is hire more VPS to do the work he was promoted to solve. Dump him and keep the VPs he brought in. That'll save some serious cash. Maybe us smucks could get more than a 1% increase.

Look, he has to distance himself from this Instocks mess right now. In 8 months nothing substantial has been done. Easier to fire a new guy a year from now.
