It does not matter what he says, there are no legal ramifications to his lies. There are going to be more layoffs with or without severance.

The damage has been done. Noble has lost it's good will. Nobody with any brains wants to work for this company any longer. Most everyone, unfortunate enough to still be working there, are looking for new jobs. I've never worked anywhere where everyone wants out. It's sad. Everything rises and falls on leadership. Noble Energy is soooo lacking in leadership.

"NO FURTHER RE-ALIGNMENT" does not necessarily mean no further job cuts. Unless the stock rebounds, there will be further cuts. These may be targeted rather than associated with "re-alignment" or across the board cuts. Right now, Noble needs to target the fat on NEC 10 North and NEC 10 South.

Dave Stover is a liar. He said exact thing 5 months before the first layoffs in April 7, 2015 and guess what? 2 months after his meeting we received an email from him about cutting personnel. I wouldn’t trust this man at all.

I cannot imagine he would say that. If things get worse and he is forced to cut more jobs... it would get ugly.
