The Power architecture doesn't have enough volume to undermine x86 based on price. The ARM architecture doesn't have the server software infrastructure. Intel's margins may be trimmed in the future but it will still rule.
Sad part is Google did announce they are moving to ARM based servers and away from Intel. Not good news at all
