Most unfortunate situation. We had to part with more of our colleagues today. A reported 12 Management Accounts were laid off today, and rumors have emerged that another 10 will be cut tomorrow. The industry is plumaging but despite the situation everyone is handling the tribulation valiantly. Prayers and love to everyone facing this difficult situation.

Plumaging... yes they industry is because of the surplus of oil that many Oil Field companies have produced at a greater cost than they price/ barrel.
