Is this a sinking ship?

The management at my plant is completely incompetent. They have no clue who is doing what and are only concerned about when the next cribbage game starts! Everyone hates each other. There's no communication and when there is a problem the finger pointing starts. By far the worst run place I've ever worked at!

Continually work hard for Seagate. If it happens, let it happen. Seagate will be around as people still need storage. Remember to save some money for the rainy days, all companies in the world is and will go through difficulties. Always Plan for the worse, hope for the best, chin down and work hard. Working hard will prevent you from thinking too much about morale issues. Do less gossiping and again work hard.
Let me answer with a question. Are the executives going to do a mass layoff, or heroically cut all their salaries 50% and lay on the grenade to prevent layoffs? lol.
So many people are leaving on their own, they might not need to lay anyone off
With everyone wait and see, the productivity is in the valley. I don't think working hard will help from being laid off either.
Not a good spot for Seagate. I know morale is incredibly low already. No ones happy when everyday they come in wondering if it will be their last.
Personally, I'm so sick of the constant threat of layoffs, I hope they let me go.
Well, the market is sending signals. Employees are in the cost column, and costs ought to be managed. It does not look good for the rest of 2016 and I am sure 2017 layoffs will be in force as well. The mood is horrible and the morale of my group cannot be lower. Not a good way to lead a company.
