They know the wheels are about to come off at Target and Wall Street will hit them where it hurts, yes their stock options. All three had to read their "from the heart" speeches from teleprompters, no passion comes from that. People are walking around HQ mocking them today. They lost the trust over the last 2 years, they will not get it back. BC needs to go, he did what the board asked, killed Target Canada, laid off thousands and hired new exec team but he can't take the team from here, he's an operations guy only and not to be trusted.

BC is one of the least inspiring leaders I've ever seen. I think a lot of the things he's done have been right (but not well executed), but he should be a #2, not the face & voice of an organization.
I love how desperate our 'leadership' is getting..... Irony is all they have to do is actually fix something and they can't figure it out
Sounds like Mr. Bold (Bc) lost his cool this week and laid down the law and a few f-bombs. Not happy with lack of progress on his key initiatives for supply chain, presentation, etc...maybe JM was not the right guy to lead this. MM in TTS certainly has some blame too with his demand for 100% agile and chaos that has ensued in that organization.
Fat cows, really? You've jumped the fat shark.....
Message received: We are tired of doing all the work around here! Get off your lazy a**es and do some work. My Response: No thanks, I like the current arrangement. Keep up the great effort c-suite boys and girls.
Call me a hater, but Target will never go back to an era of fat cows. Especially with mediocre people in leadership positions.
