The Bits Sales team has been making bragging claims like that for years! Sad that they too are likely to be laid-off. Each DT&R drilling product has its own unique specifications and merits. Proper choice of product for the application and a successful outcome for the client is the result of folks with product knowledge and years of experience which doesn't come with peddling bits. 40% Layoff of sales team on NAM - Bits will take many of the DT&R sales jobs. The Bits team have most of the oil company connections. We sell bits and drilling tools along with Whips, however DT&R Sales could never sell Bits.
