I have been a for-profit education executive for over 17 years including roles as Group Vice President, State VP for PA and NJ,VP for PA, Campus Director and Director of Operations. Currently as the Group Vice President for the Art Institute I have responsibilities over 13 Colleges and the On-line division. One of the most important and difficult lessons I've learned during this time is how to create a high-quality working atmosphere for the group of employees I supervise. This area is not only where I excel as an executive, but it is also the area I most enjoy. As an executive, I love to get results—whether it's developing business, improving enrollment levels, increasing profits, adding new sites or programs or improving other key school operational metrics. If I am organizing and growing the talent of people, I am not only doing what comes naturally to me, I am also doing what I most enjoy
