Repent, for the end of Pampa NOV is at hand.
Most of the people in the brick in management got there by kissing assnot doing good work. LaRue,Logan the meth head, Marquez Kellerman's bitch, Nelson can't run a machine , can't set a mic & he's in charge of calibration. The list goes & on. Incompetence the Pampa management's claim to fame!
Management is just trying to cover their own asses. They care about nobody else. Anything to make them look good they will do at the cost of other employees.
I like my job at nov. It sux to bust your assand get nowhere at the plant. If you can't do a motherfucking thing that is when u get a promotion! The place needs a reality check.
This plant has been neglected for over 16 yrs. at the very least. These guys took over a rusted piece of junk. What do you expect? Nope...forget it. I already know the answer to that.
What they need to issue brains to some of the people in the brick, towels for all the suck ups in the plant that do nothing but suck up. It's funny the big wigs come in & money gets spent, could it be that the bosses are trying to cover up they're neglect of the plant.
All the big wigs have to do is look at these posts and see there are very few people at this plant worth keeping. You people have stooped so low it is embarrassing. They will start issuing sugar tits on break via a vending machine to help you make it thru the day.
If we get shut down it's because of poor attitudes and those who don't appreciate their jobs and just want to sit around and complain. Get laid off and see what you have to complain about...NO PAY. If you are so talented and "know it all" go find something else to do that pays the same or better. You deserve it. And leave the rest of us alone!
We have been cleaning for several days now and I know it needed it but why do we wait until we are getting ready for visitors? Let's face it we can clean for months around here and make the place look better but In reality it is a rust bucket once we clean it. There is not 1 roof out here that doesn't leak badly , skylights are broken out , machines leaking oil or else inoperable. I could go on and on. Corporate needs to come out and get a dose of reality instead of us trying to cover up what is wrong with this place. This is the most dangerous facility NOV owns. I would like them to come out and see what we have to deal with on a daily basis. Blasters going down daily. Thousand of gallons of water on the shop floor when it rains and we are trying to work in it. Think about it. 440 volts and water on the floor. This is just my opinion and am hoping the place will be kept open. If it is hopefully we can make some badly needed repairs.
It's ashame that so many of the people in Pampa are so disgruntled. If your not happy at your job and feel it's unfair then leave go see how green the grass is somewhere else. NOV is hurting just like any other oil related company in the WORLD!!!!! Times are bad people are scared of loosing jobs and this stuff on here doesn't help. And bashing people make Pampa look bad and I'm not talking NOV I'm talking about the town. So grow up and if you don't like what's going on then grow some nuts and go where you think the grass is greener!!!!
Office people are doing your jobs ???? Let me tell you something you sniveling little turdwad !! The office people are now and always have been the biggest production killer this plant could have. Let me start with Kellerman : This guy is and always has been scared to come to the floor and see how things REALLY work. He has no clue to the order in which parts come together, how they come together, or why they come together. He has always been that way. Simply watch and see if he ever does go to the floor its fast and talk to no one. Now lets talk abot Scott he likes to tell everyone how he worked on the floor, as I remember it he was on the floor standing around, talking A LOT and doing as little as humanly possible. I never once saw him complete anything or offer and help at all. TALKING ABOT RIDING DADDY COAT TAILS…he was handed that job with no experience at all. OK James Marquez as I personally saw it you did nothing on the floor at all, nothing that didn’t have to be re done as you messed it all up the first time. You did do well at parts chasing but that’s it. And as for Jim Logan you did work on the floor I do give you credit for that, you did your best work under the rigs smoking dope, ans walking back and forth to that coffee pot in fab, oh yeah you did do really well sucking up to junita Mears and Elbert…..And as for Vince we all know how you got your spot…You simply drove dan to the nut house by doing everything you could do to cut his throught and stab him in the back. You sir are now and always have been one lazy person that deserves no trust at all. OFFICE PEOPLE DOING YOUR JOBS??? Yall need to get up off your asses and do something FOR this plant … not for yourselves. I hope the boss comes in next week and gets rid of yall first!

Everyone's out cleaning, what they should do is get an 8-ball & a crackpipe, give it to Logan & he could paint the entire plant in about 3 hours!!! That's the only thing he can do. What a dumbass.

probably going to restructure the Pampa organization like they have done at other places. once they see and talk to our management here it won't take them long to figure them out. the buddy system is alive and well here at pampa.
