Why is absolutely nothing being done about morale? It is not just the normal whinning people it every, everyone is so down so miserable and noone does anything about it...just because things are tough does not mean job loathing is a required part of it. You can have slow times and use that extra time to engage with your employees to build relationships then when things pick up they will work that much harder for you. As it stands you are going to have a hard time getting even the most dedicated employees to so much as flush the toilet.
