why do Kmart people post on sears? I know we are all treated the same. But, times being what they are I wish I could find recent posts on Kmart layoffs. Because I am Hanging in there and wonder what other Kmart people find out.

I'm no longer in that sinking boat. My job was eliminated in March.
It still was bought with Kmart dollars!! And can't we be kind? We are all in the same boat!!

Kmart filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, Sears didn't.

This is a Sears site. If your posting about a Kmart store changing/doing something different, then it needs to be noted. Its confusing when you can't tell which one people are posting about, thats all.
Doesn't really matter. As one goes so goes the other. One cannot survive without the other (or should I say one cannot go bankrupt without the other)
You work for Sears Holdings, not Kmart Holdings. Unfortunately, Eddie made us one company. One is always dragging the other down.
I couldn't agree more! Half the time I cant tell if someone is posting for Sears, or Kmart.
