Our new SM might soon find he can't lay it all on our ASMs. In fact, respect for all of us could get him a long way. His one good break is the DM is so clueless that the fuster cluck will go on....and on.

Reply- "I worked at Sears Automotive Center for 5 years. " There is an Auto Center in my area that is only allowed to have 1 Manager/Salesman and 2 techs. The techs keep quitting faster than they can hire them. When both techs quit the Manager/Salesman has to watch the sales floor as he is working on the cars. I would not want a Manager/Salesman working on my car. I think it is a matter of time when this auto center will close.
Our new SM was fired from Target. Now we are getting other retailers leftovers. Success on the way!!
I worked at Sears Automotive Center for 5 years. The last Auto Center Manager was dishonest, clueless and weak leadership skills. It became impossible to deliver a first class customer service experience. I felt bad for the customers. Tyler was allowing a salesman to work on the cars. Sad, because Sears use to be a great place to shop.
