nothing is spared for comfort of sears associates at
corp headquarters. There is an auto center, discount store,
tax service, bank, and awesome low price cafeterias. Plus a state
of art fitness center to burn calories. not to mention,
beautiful atrium, fountains, and marble floors. most of people
working there are from indian subcontinent, I guess no
americans need jobs. I truly hope all american associates find
better jobs, and the foreigners go down with the wreckage
Things aren't so great anymore at headquarters. The place is becoming very worn looking and dated, just like the stores. Maintenance is deferred and the cleaning service has been cut back.
What do foreigners have to do with anything? It is an American CEO who has take a once great company and run it into the ground, taken all of the assets that mattered and lined his pockets. IF you want to blame anyone look at Eddie Lambert. One day the bills will be paid and justice will come either with Eddie losing all business credibility or in the age to come

I have been there once years ago when Edward Brennan was the CEO. You can bet the place is not at half lighting and the temperature is just right unlike the Sears and Kmart stores.
