I have clue where monthly objectives came from nor would anybody be able to explain how they came up with objectives - seriously, it's so opaque and vile by design. So, here is a novel idea for you, let's decrease commissions every year and, let's objectives. While we are at it, we'll make sure we micro-manage the hell out of you... You'll be writing reports and not spending time in the field, you'll be chained to the office - that sucks and will hurt you in the long run.
