First of all, this place have an absolutely 1000% horrible and inapt management. I am not sure who is promoting idiots at CenturyLink, but they seem to have mastered the skill of selecting idiots.
Also, it's a low energy working environment with the fear of the union. If you expect that CL will invest in your, you are gravely mistaken, CL will not put very much money into their employees and the management does not care about their progress, development, success or happiness...
Our retention rate is below 40% - I am yet to hear a worse number.
