Every thing this company preaches is about honesty and integrity but my experience is the company just cares about the bottom line. Every benefit our past employess have fought for are being attacked and taken away in the name of profits. Customers and employees are unimportant, but your money is.

F centurylink. Nothing but numbers no loyalty to employees....went thru layoff in August 2015. They hired a manager to sweep my grp. And now he has moved on to another company
In Sept 2015 I retired after 40 years of service with CenturyLink. I saw a log of changes over the years mainly due to aquisitions. Aqusitions drive change to use the best process and system between Century and the aquired company. The term adapt and go was used to help folks transition thru changes.
If you look back in history there
were some major company
aquisitions driving system and process changes.
CenturyLink treated me fairly and continually displayed and inspired the unifying principles.
As an employee I am very satisfied with CenturyLink otherwise I would not have worked there over 40 years. Did I like every change? No but I agree changes are required to survive as a company. It's been less than a year into retirement but so far I am also a satisfied retiree.
Someone once said "ride the horse in the direction it's moving or else you wont be where the horse ends up".
