I agree with the retention bonuses to reduce HC. They bring in new managers that have no attachment to their staff and start cutting. They are going to find ways to do less work with less people. They will consolidate. They will show no mercy.

April is going to be carnage. Lots of layoffs are coming.
Retention bonus will be paid to select managers who met revenue goals with lesser headcount.
A few cuts in supply chain. But we are looking to ramp up again with new hires. Time for supply chain to shine. Good luck everyone.

Looks like 10-11 accounts in NGC went offline from the 4th to 5th, so now?
There will be bunch in my segment gone between now and Paal's quarterly statement to the market that will include the final HC number including Cameron.
Expect 20% to 25% from all Segments.

Including myself , around 30% of the sustaining team members got retrenched from Singapore product center's sustaining team by the EXPAT A** HOLE MANAGER who's yearly package comes around HALF A MILLION US DOLLAR .
How much pip for cost reduction this year? I can do the list today if it's high.
April should be a big miss for a lot of segments so I don't expect the layoffs for Q2 to wait until the end of the quarter.
To all that have medical health issues I think it's time to let your doctor know how much stress Schlumberger has put us through this last year for they are contributeing much more with all the stress!!

Go to the doctor how. Get your appointments taken care of. They leave you without medical the day you are laid off. There is ho bridge until you can get on cobra which you can't do until they send you your paperwork. It should be illegal! They are so cold hearted. Bunch of sorry a-holes .
