Another wacked-out quarter and managers on the edge of crying out loud. I literally saw tears in their eyes. Needless to say, they were still quick, as always, to place the blame on someone, anyone, for the f### ups. The less important, the better; as long as it's not them. I mean...it is never them. They are the perfect and fearless leaderless or so they believe they are. Truth be told: this quarter and its failures were all due to poor management and what they initiated and continued to create. Then, they expect miracles at the very last minute; basically. However, they are great actors indeed (or suffer from short term memory loss) because nothing was last minute or had issues {insert managers confused face here} All this was perfectly planned and communicated from begging to end. It was YOU who let it fail. NOT them or anyone else. 😄

From my experience I'd say about 60%-80% of terminations are due to management failure...not the employee...
