The Officers, Directors and upper management know exactly what the are doing. They are playing Wall Street like a violin and getting rich. Everyone else needs to realize they are along for the ride. I am sure many excellent employees were let go because they questioned practices.

What would you expect from this outfit? There is no real depth of character or integrity to this organization. It's run by a bunch of dipshits who don't know what they are doing. The middle managers are just scared to death so they throw the subordinates under the bus to protect themselves. Most everyone working there is looking for a new job. Their image is more important to them than results. It's a sad situation.
