So what happens once they are done training the people in India?
The Omaha CAG office is pretty distressing right now. The few employees left are way overloaded and forced to train their replacements at either the outsourcing company in Pennsylvania or the offshoring company in India. The retard in charge put little displays of what the new decor in the downtown office will look like (as if those layed off really want to see that).
Luckily most current and former employees got the final FU. Practically no one took offers to move to Chicago. All of those who've already left that I know were quickly picked up by other companies. And much of the critical functions at the company are about to shut down because so many jumped ship when this crap started.
I give CAG a year or two max.

Not everyone got great retirement offers or juicy severance packages like some of the VPs who were let go.
