Yes man, pushing papers. But these are papers full of patents, formulas, and so on.

Why are there 10,000 people still in Houston when land is dead? That is 11% of the company doing what? Pushing papers? Worlds largest circle jerk? We're at 98k people now, adding cameron and then will have another 10% round. I guess we aren't in purgatory like hal with the baker merger that won't happen.
