Is there any reason the stock has not traded since 3/22?

I like this company and plan to take a significant long position in the next few days. Watch for a big buy. There is a very real opportunity here to take an equity position in a company that many on the Street see as "the next big thing." Think about what the future of education looks like, then cash in.
Uuuuh... They're planning to change things around and apologize for all of the fraud they've commit. Then turn themselves in and perform community service. God is good!

"...it has traded on the 22und and traded again today, rather well..." EDMC stock traded for .08 cents today. lol. I guess for EDMC stock that is a good day BUT....
