Be a miracle if Pampa survives this. Worked there several years ago and it didn't take long to see that management was poor. Almost like being in the army the way management spoke to employees. There was only 1 supervisor that had his act together out of all of them. He knew how to speak to people. If management hasn't changed there in the last 5 years i seriously doubt it will survive this.

It's on borrowed time. I hear more layoffs coming. How many & when that's the question. You can only go on so long with little or no work!!!
