Unions add 30% to your operating cost. I just don't see SLB signing up for that. What would happen to poor Paal's conp package??? Don't you realize that he saw a DECREASE in comp last year. Lots of ppl taking pay cuts, or else getting released. Meanwhile G11 and up are getting their PIPs. Must be nice to have a desk job! That being said, any whiff of unionizing will result in padlocks on that location's door.
Compared with prohibiting expensive wellfares in EU and France (5 weeks starting vacation, higher cost of layoffs), I believe SLB will accept Unions rather than shut-down in US. Poor Americans, although I am one of them.

Thats why we need to do it nationally. Slb union work office. All employee will have to participate, we open an office, pay fees, elect well known ex employees who were fed up with Slb abuse of power and get lawyers that help union workers and want to bring America back to what it stands for. Liberty and justice for all
