When are the layoffs and what areas?

Heard more layoffs are being planned for q2. Anyone more information?
At least 12 AP Control positions being outsourced to India by June 2016.
No more layoffs in TTS. Engineers are being actively hired. Only people being let go at this point are lots of contractors.
Some people were told in Feb that their jobs would be eliminated later in Spring.
People have been let go in various ways and will continue to for some time. There will not be more mass layoffs. Typical is job is being eliminated or unable to perform and forced separation with severance and leaving on good terms or probation and let go with nothing. Managers are doing this for reduction of head count in each area and saving their own job. Most of the restructured management should actually be the jobs that are eliminated.

I'm not sure about layoff's .They will be doing pay grade changes and many will leave the company after this. It's better than a layoff to Target, less PR and mess...
Target is not going to lay off anymore people. They will demoralize anyone they no longer want around through poor performance reviews and lousy job assignments.
