Things in the NE are slow right night but will eventually start increasing as the price of crude will start increasing overseas and production on natural gas will start to dwindle in storage causing activity to spike in the NE. HOPES and PRAYERS for All that survived this historic down turn. GOD BLESS

I was in SLB's Canonsburg to help get them going. Especially when we signed the exclusive deal with CVX. We caved to into an ex SLB running Chevrons completions. The Chevron completions manager wanted to use Sapphire gel and frac sleeves. And anyone who fraced for Chevron, knows they are always dead last in implementing current technology. So the frac sleevs were first generation. When we screened off every well with dam gel on well A. Then on well B zero sleeves opened and even though Chevron jumped us. Man, we all wished L.S. stood up and pushed it up our management chain this hurt the perception of SLB's operating competence. Then said Chevron completions manager wanted to drill out the sleeves and everyone at SLB(all the way down to the sand king operators) knew the bit would skip (Sleeves are to hard) and drill right through casing. I saw the team clicking. Chevron field managers with the help of check 6 had a great check the box easy to use set up procedures, which made mistakes nearly vanish. Then to feel that kick to the family jewels when they said we are scaling back and will not be drilling. For SEVERAL years and frac a few hours a day and will outsource this to a independent. All of this being said.....I could have said in the very beginning that Marcellus/Utica gas is half Henry hub pricing and Chevron is pulling because they loose money on each well. Excuse the vent. I miss the guys on site.

Chevron is only fracing to use produced water. 4-5 hours a day. No rigs running and closing the Appalachian Buisness unit headquartered in Pittsburgh. Yes it's that bad. Crazy times. Chevron was open with us on no D&C work minimum 2 years. Yet they have not told there own employees. We had emergency meeting telling everyone to not relay closure info to Chevron employees.
