@inb has a point. Lots of noise around agile and devops but we're sorely lacking any real technical leadership and direction. So many teams clueless on what they should be doing other than putting stickers on laptops. Where are all these highly paid LECs & LTACs with some leadership??

I wouldn't say there are zero efforts at the root cause of instock issues. In the merchant world there is massive energy on this.
Everybody gives their tunnel vision opinion from their silo. The real problem is that there is nobody addressing the core issues, and there are zero efforts to identify the root cause of many of the inventory problems and replenishment issues. Everyone is just about DevOps stickers, Agile and making themselves look good and like they know what they are talking about. Pure blah. Hopefully someone with enough knowledge and leadership can realize the waste that is happening right now. Peace.
