This is the announcement of the workers that were laid off on Wed 2/17. The paper says that "CRC confirmed it will lay off 74 people by April 17". This to account for the 60 Warn Act.
The article doesn't mention that CRC had layoffs last week-it just says people were let go last year. 74 seems like about how many were laid off in Bakersfield last week. Hopefully the writer was misinformed and CRC isn't letting more people go.
