yeah I agree 45 years of being an paramedic is a long time :( I bet they've seen some stuff.
Engineering, Manufacturing and Sustaining is a bunch of old farts with fresh-outs doing all the stupid mostly sustaining work. It should be totally restructured due to inefficiency (i.e. layoff all older than 45 yo).
