Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

Ankur promoted as director?

Did I hear it right that Ankur got promoted as director? seriously? ROFL.

He was about to be thrown out for non ethical stuff last time including f!@#$ around with married female TM, conspiracy against our BI director those days and forcing his team to score him high in BTS.

No doubts any more that TTS leadership has totally lost it. RIP target.

How dreadfully pathetic that anyone would choose to single out one person publicly in this manner: Shame!

I really love Target India :) , would like to work till my retirement here . They way Target India reward non performer at top level / KMG ( Group Manager / Director /Sr Director )is really amazing , Some people in KMG so called Leadership ( ?) have consistent record of failed delivery and still get promoted OMG ! go onsite , I am loving it ! :). and continue in company for what , even God does not know.

But it gives me lot of confidence when I see a non performer getting promoted , that I can also enjoy at Targte India , by doing at least 8 hours Job :) . Guys enjoy the charity here, dont blame each other :)

Hey Ankur beta. Don't think that your Director position is forever and also you may not get good severance package on your way out because of discontinuity in between your service period. Moreover what has this position has empowered you to do other than fancy title and influence your wife's return to work with another fancy title/position? While you are bragging about kicking weak talent out from Tgt, keep in your mind that there is your mommy sitting on your top and watching you. It is better for you to shut your mouth and stop responding to all those who are picking on you. Try to focus on your job and try doing good to others. At the least God will be happy. Every morning when you wake up with hangover from your previous night drinking session, look at yourself hard in mirror and remember how Steve bootlegged you from REV.

The Target India team member in this thread really needs to go to troll school. This is laughably unsophisticated writing.

Oh you poor soul. I don't think you'll be able to sleep now thinking about him becoming a director. He's one of the best target has got at the leadership level. And if he was the reason you got thrown out of target it reflects even better on his judging good ppl skills

Ankur, Director! Hahahaaha! Thank God! I parted from my way from Target long ago😜. Him and his habits of Gutka, smoking, cheap liquor every night, dance/gogo bars, open extra maritals affairs, etc. Target is really targeting high quality executives as their staff👏😛.

One thing Ankur is great at is getting rid of weak talent so assuming you were one of them. Great leader that delivered a ton. Well deserved!

Hey Ankur, use Twitter or LinkedIn to promote yourself, that is not what this site is for.

Don't be jealous about his growth..... One good thing I found with Ankur is he is genuinely passionate about getting things done.. In the environment like Target, it is easy to loose track of your goals and go along with crowd.. Ankur has laser focus, undivided attention of getting things done which is a rare quality I see in Target leadership team. He thrives in complex environments and definitely deserves the director role. He not only grows himself, but also takes his team to next level too. He got a good eye for recruiting great talent..

Yes. He did. You sound like either a disgruntled employee or jealous. Get a life.
