They will have a 3rd shift. Working 10 hours a day for 4 days. Several complained they couldn't work 2nd shift. So they took a survey of who wanted to keep it. Seems they listen and care at this location. . Things seem to be well at this location. Other than they have too many supervisors and managers.

Oh yes! We all love it here in Ponca! It's such a stress free environment. The pay is more than we deserve! Management treats us with the utmost respect ! Especially the senior employees. In fact, they always thank us for our years of service while walking us out the door!
They will overlap 2 hours with 1st shift and 4 hours with 2nd shift. They will probably have to have a lay off. Unless they are hoping oil comes back up. This will save on electricity. But getting rid of some supervisors or managers. Will help. A lot of them here. Team lead on third just has 2 people. That person probably didn't want 3rd gone cause they would lose team lead. The other 2 are single parents.
3 shifts working 10 hour shifts that's 30 hours there's only 24 hours in a day so that means 6 hours of overlapping time. How is that going to work for machine operators? Will they move them around or will there be to operators per machine?
