Target isn't too big to fail. It's too big to function.
Very interesting article but I felt like I'd witnessed a train wreck after reading it. Having worked on bits of Canada projects I feel a sense of loss at the time and treasure that went down the toilet in that venture. Are we smarter now?
This was actually a good read. They should use it as a case study in all business schools!
