Cant think of a company who doesn't deserve it more.
If I was Kibsgaard, I would lay off every last one of my employees before I took a credit downgrade!!
I would be accumulating cash, and growing the balance sheet.. current ratio.. CASH..
Cash is the best asset right now. Imagine if Kibsgaard was growing cash in today's environment what would happen w the stock price?
