Any ideas as to when ? Will it all be done at once or will it run till the end of Q1 ? I think they should just pull the band-aid and be done with it.

It doesn't do anyone any good to start with the nasty stuff. Don't take your anger, frustration, etc out on a fellow employee who is struggling with the same emotions as you. Nothing heps right now, but that stuff is particularly useless.

Two days in and some of the conclusions I am finding are clear. Most everyone posting gossip and smack are literally stupid. Take the guy that delivered the last response. He is so stupid I almost feel sorry for him... Not :-). Let unpack his response. "The last thing they're worried about is whether inconvenienced, stressed, or put out on the street."
Good lord... What kind of response is that? For one, the question was "When", so MrStupid, when someone asks a question that starts with "When", it is time related, so they want to know your thoughts in terms of days, weeks, months, etc. Did you even graduate? Obviously not, because the sentence you wrote is not even comprehendible.
MrStupid, if a guy posts a legitimate question, and you are not smart enough to comprehend the question, then don't respond and ruin his discussion. There are elementary schools around where you "may" find kids that are more at your level of intelligence.
