Thread regarding ConAgra Foods Inc. layoffs

"AS" Era or the "After Sean" era does not exist to me

Until the last 6-7 months, I loved working for ConAgra Foods and was proud to say that I did. I have lost complete respect for our leaders- I don't even consider them as such. It is sad to see such a wonderful group of people being thrown into the wind. Sean has no idea what a valuable resource he threw away. I realize that nothing we say will change the outcome and that this is the plan that they had from months ago. I was here when Conagra was GREAT and that is how I choose to remember it. The AS era (After Sean) does not exist to me. We still have great people for a few more months. Committed, Passionate, Driven and on and on. Forget what this is now and remember how good it WAS.......Marketing teams that cared about the information given to sales, Accurate information, Customer Service teams that knew that we appreciated all that they did for our company, TR Contests, TR Trips, National Meetings in Cali, Team MVP's, Red Blazers, Green Blazers, Doug K knowing each of us by name, "Dippers /DPR's", Directors that actually made account calls with you, true TEAM district offices with district managers that CARED about their people. It was all wonderful and we kicked ass at what we did

Next stop on the train wreck is getting rid of any bonus programs. Except for Sean and his minions. They, of course, deserve them for the fine job they are doing for ConAgra's "Investors". You know that Venture Capital Vulture who owns large amounts of ConAgra's stock..
