I highly doubt that Denbury will follow WARN guidelines since they're not required under these terms. I don't think they will be laying off 33% of our staff.

WARN Notice Requirement:

Mass Layoff: A covered employer must give notice if there is a mass layoff which will result in an employment loss at the employment site during any 30-day period if they make up at least 33% of the employer's active workforce.

I doubt it considering that they laid off 10% last April without any notice. I don't know about everyone else on here but I would consider a 10% staff reduction a mass layoff. Can't believe after they laid off that 10% they kept hiring people.

They let go of about 15 people today in office

Layoffs coming the week of the 25th for Field and in office employees. Layoff % will be around 20% not including first 10% included in first round of layoffs.

They are definitely building their cases for who gets to keep their job and who is laid off. Managers are documenting everything. We all know its coming soon. I wish they would just get it overwith so that we can all move forward and refocus!
