Yep, former retiree and got out at just the right time......the waste from what they give to the top leadership(??????) at Noble is unbelievable for what they contribute....leave the employees who actually work, and cut at the top and promote the people who understand real life and real business. I had to laugh at the term "breakthrough thinkers". When they started this consultant firm to come in and teach us how to "breakthrough" it was the most wasteful experience in my career....funny to see the breakthoughs helped.

Yes - Karma is a Bitch, and the people still stuck there will soon find that out. Noble is NOT a company that plans ahead, and surely could care less about their people. I was lucky enough to get cut on the first layoff - and have been MUCH happier since. Noble is the worst company ever to work for in my 30+ year career....Small minded Managers. I went back to Anadarko where I should have stayed all along.

I was thrilled to be let go by this company. I have NEVER worked for a company where just about everyone there is looking for a new job. This is the case at Noble.

Thank you Noble for laying me off. I got my early bonus, raise, profit sharing, 6 months benefits, and now I'm working at a better place and double dipping. Karma is a bitch!!!

NBL will die under debt and burning money. NBL will not survive unless they layoffs the high paying managers, directors, VP, SVP, and the rest of the breakthrough thinkers.
