This goes to @Fsbb1U0-aok management will say and do what they want even promise to do this or that. As long as there's nothing in writing legally there's nothing you can do about it. In the future negotiate, everything's is negotiable...once all is agreed on have the supervisor put it in writing and sent to HR. Have your husband send his supervisor an email reminding him of the conversation they had about promotion, pay or whatever. Dont agree to anything unless it's in writing.
My husband has been with this stupid company for almost 9 years the last 2 have been horrible. Upper management have promised promotions twice. He got the added responiblites but no money. How is it even legal to do that?
Will my dead beat ex have to pay me child support from his severance or will it be a separate check?
