I agree that Jamie is trying, and the people around him is in fact the problem. But he has put the people in place that are around him therefore it is his problem! Jamie simply will not recognize that some of these people have been the problem all along. I don’t want to sound negative but come on folks What is people like Logan. McUllar, Bylue etc good for they have done nothing cause trouble over the years, been hauled into HR and scolded numerous times and get away with it EVERY time.

Make all employees use those terrible paper towels the machine shop has to use and that will save enough money to keep the plant open! NOT!!!! What inept moron came up with that idea, if it saves any at all it's offset by the loss of production. What ever desk jockey that came up with that idea is never done anything but push papers. Yes u suck the right ass, or what ever else they suck your safe. That's the problem with this plant, they keep all the ass kissers at the top & a lot of them are the problem!!!! When you tell people in other businesses what goes on here they can't believe a plant this size is so poorly run.
IDK, There is a lot of people leaving, Most will be missed in the long run. Some should have been kicked to the side a year ago. the only safe thing to say is the close group of friends in the management staff will be safe.
Pampa is screwed, at least a few more employees are. Find out Friday.
