interested to hear what each district is doing to save costs (other than getting rid of employees)

Houston Rankin, cleaning crew 3 days per week, no Splenda, plates, utensils, one type of bad tasting coffee, closed down 3 buildings, squeezing them into other buildings.
Never seen any evidence of money saving ideas saving jobs....it always....headcount,headcount chop chop.
Florence KY got rid of plants and reduced janitorial services.
