A little frustrated with the lack of decent content on this board in the last 90 days. I realize that some may start lighting me up after posting this, but it really feels like the B or C team has taken over. For those that are lurking if you have some good thoughtful content please post. We know some layoffs are coming, but the noise on this board may be drowning out meaningful info. Thanks!

I think a lot of the knowledgeable posters on here were part of the cuts last year. Onto other things in life...
Well at least this board is consistent with C level leadership... They are setting the bar at a C team level.
I heard that merch will get a re-org. New titles of positions. Not sure if that will lead to lay offs.

Including you FrcBzcz-1smo, apparently. Maybe this is all rumor mongering and there aren't going to be TM layoffs and you'll have to leave on your own without a severance package. Wishing for a severance package from TGT is wishful thinking, like the lottery.
The B Team is in full effect here! Mostly just seems to be a few folks with an axe to grind and ni real knowledge of the topic at hand.
The layoffs will not just affect TTS
You are right. At this point in TTS everything has started with MM and will slowly filter down (new model). More posts will make sense by end of January and layoff picture more clear. Make no mistake, there will be layoffs in February.
Heard there will be layoffs in February, that's it. New Fiscal Year, out with the old and.... then what?
