They were told to start cutting management...so they will start cutting lead positions to make it seem like they are.

are they looking for more consultants? I'd do it for 1/2 that.
For the record our consultant makes almost seven times what a regular employee makes if he is at the highest pay scale . Someone should be fired for signing a second two year contract with this guy.
