Valid point about the next gens then. Have you ever seen a Brit laid off? I never have.......I was let go as well. Boss and I disagreed on some points so.........I could not be his yes man so I was let go in Sept.
I have personally seen more than a few Next Gens get laid off...
Your point on Directors and VPs is very true. I've not seen 1 let go.

I heard from a reliable source that NOV may let half their staff go to decrease numbers. Not enough work to support staff. Bet all the directors and VPs are safe but who will do the work when it happens?? The retirement packages mean a lot of good workers will be gone too. Next gens will run the company I guess
